During remote freelance development, two devices were developed:
  • Schematic, PCB and design documentation package for an autonomous fire alarm module measuring the temperature in mines and transmitting/receiving data via LoRAWAN at frequencies of 433 MHz and 868 MHz. The main feature is autonomous operation in the range from 2 to 3 years. The device is implemented using components with low leakage currents, and I also compiled an aglorhythm for the device's operation, ensuring such a long period of autonomous operation from an AA element.
  • Schematic, printed circuit board and design documentation package for a LoRaWAN gateway operating in underground mines and transmitting/receiving data via LoRAWAN at frequencies of 433 MHz and 868 MHz. The main feature is the implementation of power supply circuit protection with galvanic isolation and impedance matching for the radio frequency path with a high level of interference protection.
SabiCare (Remote Freelance 11.2023 - 04.2024)

During remote freelance development hardware design of the infants vision monitoring was started. Technical specifications, main components and hardware structure of the Rockchip SoC based device are designed. Also the MCU, PMIC, LPDDR4 and USB3.0 PCB design parts were finished, but whole PCB was not. ESP32 test board is made. Project stopped due to the lack of investment

During remote freelance development, two devices were developed:
  • Industrial controller PCB with features:

Morgan Secret LLC (On-Site 02.2022 - 06.2022)
Products I designed is:
  • Semi-automatic electronic door lock circuit and PCB based on Cortex M4 core with bluetooth, USB, UART, SPI interfaces on board and ultralow power consumption. Device is fully tested (key features and ESD) and put into mass production;
  • Full-automatic (Aka smar-automatic) door lock circuit, harnesses and PCB design based on RISC-V core IC, fingerprint sensor circuit, battery management, UART, I2C, SPI, USB3.0, BLE 5.1 interfaces and power-path management. Device is fully tested, but it is not for mass production;
  • Door lock inside panel circuit and PCB design. It is a small and low-powered device which is a smart latch of the lock with LCD, buttons, touchpad and UART, BLE 5.0 interfaces.

The key skills and knowledges i got in this job is:

  • 2.4GHz antenna design;
  • USB 3.0 routing;
  • power-path management;
  • Market of Chinese microcontrollers studied (There are really a lot of interesting things);
  • Gained communication skills with Chinese suppliers and engineers
Semo-automatic door lock with board in it design by me
Information Technologies Ltd (LAMSYSTEMS Gmbh) (On-Site 10.2020 - 11.2021)
  • I developed a line of industrial programmable logic controllers based on STM32 (similar to SIEMENS), a five-inch touch control panel, a connection diagram for a special 1800W microwave device, as well as a wireless module for transmitting information via 2G and Wi-Fi.
  • In addition to electronics, cables and instrument cases were developed, as well as the layout of the device parts.
  • After developing and ordering parts, I accompanied the production of products.

In parallel with my master's program, I worked for 2 years at the Institute of Physics of Metals as a junior researcher. In the course of work, I developed a universal amplifying path for the needs of magnetic eddy current testing. I learned how to match eddy current sensors, piezo sensors and hall sensors with the amplifier. As a result of the work, a master's thesis and a scientific article were written.
